Anyway, what I'd do is fire back an email thanking the person who took the time to make a comment. And ask permission to quote them - with one slight edit. See if you can pick it up.

Did you catch what I did? How could you not!

I simply worked my keyword phrase "dog kennels" into the testimonial.

Reason being, say you have 10 reader comments on that page. And into 7 of them you've subtly slipped your keyword phrase.

BAM! You've got seven more legitimate occurrences of your keyword phrase on that page than you'd otherwise have.

Think that might help that page's search engine ranking?

How can it not?

Granted, as internet marketing tips go, this one falls more under the heading of "Every Little Bit Helps" rather than "Epic Seismic Shift".

But who knows? If you've maxed out all other on page optimization moves, it might just be enough to put you over the top.

Or at least get you closer to that elusive top 10 ranking.
