Ideally you want a page with between 200 to 300 words of visible content. (By "visible" I mean content a person can see in their browser. NOT the text and HTML code you see when coding up a page. With me on that? It's important.)

Repeat that pages keyword phrase in your content often enough to develop a 2-3% keyword density. That's fairly typical for my pages.

Also place that phrase in a Heading Tag near the top, right after the Body Tag <body>

Maybe repeat it again in another sub heading tag near the bottom of the page.

Plus use it in any links or Anchor Tags on other pages that lead to this page. Like this

Try to lead off the first paragraph with that phrase. Get it into the second paragraph too. And work it into the last paragraph too.

It's also a good search engine optimization strategy to include that exact same phrase in some bold text.

Wait and see how it ranks. Tweaking the keyword density while getting as some links to that page, using the focus keyword phrase as I just showed you helps.

Also try to stick with a total page size, ignoring graphics, of less than 10K. Just to see how that works for you.
