Note that ideally your Title Tag is just your focus keyword phrase. Nothing else.

Sure, you can use more words. Just use more words sparingly as any extra words will dilute the impact. And the title tag is one of the most important pieces of real estate on a page.

The dilemma you've got going on in the title tag is you want the title to be catchy. So searchers click on it. But you don't want to dilute the focus keyword phrase making it so.
